Why Hannah has been neglecting her family

I haven't spent much time recently sipping cocktails in my negligée while buffing my nails, but I have been slaving over my Diploma in translation.  As of last Friday, all the marks have been totted up and it's OVER.  Yay!

The children weren't completely reduced to foraging or begging around the neighbourhood, but there was quite a lot of neglect when I had deadlines for coursework, so I'd like to thank them for putting up with me and thank Dave for picking up the slack.  The last two years have definitely been harder work than doing a PhD, and this semester was particularly hard because I was teaching as well, but Tilly helpfully provided me with a little aide-mémoire for how to deal with stress:

So just remember everyone, if you ever feel so mad that you want to roar, take a deep breath and count to 4.  Tilly says so!
